We want you to love your curls, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any products that do not meet your expectations. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original box and include the completed return form provided in your portal.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
